LP Smartsiding
We want your shed to look as beautiful as the day we delivered it for years to come, so we use LP Smartsiding, an engineered wood siding with Treated Wood Strand Technology that resists fungal rot and decay, termites, delamination, splitting and cracking, and warping.
3/4″ Tongue-in-groove Flooring
Because we want you to be able to store anything you want, without worrying about how heavy it is, we use 3/4″ tongue in groove flooring as standard in all of our sheds. Along with 2×6 pressure treated floor joists set 16″ on center (with optional upgrade to 12″ on center) and notched 4×6 ground contact treated runners, our floor system is designed to hold anything you need for as long as you need it held.
Full Length Ridge and Eave Vents
We know that some things are sensitive to moisture, and that is why we equip all of our Pro model sheds with a full-length ridge and eave ventilation system. This is to ensure proper ventilation and to prevent excessive temperatures or humidity inside the shed, so that you can store your delicate items without worry.
Reinforcement where it counts
We take extra care to reinforce any areas that can be sources of problems over time, such as around windows and door frames. If the ground settles unevenly over time these areas can be weak points in the structure, so we construct our buildings to last long into the future.
Premium Materials
From Trac-Rite brand roll up doors to the highest grade Premium European Spruce interior framing we can buy, we use only the best materials possible to construct our buildings. These things may cost us a bit more, but we believe inferior ingredients lead to inferior products.
